Admissions Process

1.) Tour, casual Q & A with Principal, Vice Principal or Office Staff

2.) Grades Pre-K – 8^th: Submit completed Enrollment Application & Testing Fee (non-refundable). This fee includes the testing process.

3.) Schedule with the office to test student and interview with administration.

3.) Student takes the entrance exam on the scheduled date, parent interviews with administration during test time .

4.) Vice Principal calls family to discuss test results or sets up a meeting time to go over test results and any issues that need to be dealt with (summer practice, tutoring, etc) prior to entrance.

5.) A) If student is accepted and there is an available space in the class, the Registration &Reservation Fee is payable within 3 days of notice of acceptance in order to reserve the space in class.

B) If the student is accepted and there is not an available space in the class, student is placed on the waiting list ranked by the date the testing and interview process was completed (or the date the application was first received, if more than one student tests for the class on the same day.) No additional fees are due at this time.

6.) When a space opens up in class for a student on the waiting list, a school representative will inform the parents. The Registration & Reservation Fee is payable within 3 days of notice of open space in class in order to reserve the space.

7.) If a space does not become available in class for a student on the waiting list, they may roll over to the next year’s waiting list (at their current rank). No additional fee or refund is due.

8.) Upon acceptance and placement, parent completes all enrollment forms, including Certificate of Immunization Status. Completed forms must be submitted to CCS before student can begin school.

9.) The remainder of new student fees & tuition are due on the applicable due dates.
